We have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions and posted the answers here. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you do not see the answer to any questions/concerns of yours listed here.
Q: Why do I need to provide you with my Twitter login details to gather followers?
A: We need your login information so that we can login to your Twitter account and begin our work. Our process works by us following "good followers" and wait for them to "follow back". If they do not follow back within 1-2 days we will remove you as following them. We also need your login information to create a customized theme if you are in need of one.
Q: What do you mean by "Good Followers"?
A: We deem someone to be a "good follower" if they have either a profile photo/custom theme design and also login to their Twitter account on a regular basis to check status updates. That is the criteria we use to gather quality followers for you.
Q: Do you offer targeted Twitter followers?
A: Yes, if you require a targeted category of followers (i.e. financial, real estate, music, investments, etc...) we can provide them to you for the same cost of the follower package. However, we will NOT accept adult, warez, gambling, spam or any account that we feel does not meet our level of quality. If you require us to gather targeted followers for you the times that we quote for turnaround do not apply as it normally takes longer to gather targeted followers instead of general followers.
Q: I do not need a theme design for my account. Do you offer a Twitter Follower only package?
A: No. Our prices are the same regardless of the need for a theme design or not. While our theme design is quality it takes only a small fraction of the time compared to how long it takes for us to gather quality followers for your account.
Q: Do you have any account examples or past work I can view?
A: No. We can not show any prior examples of client work as all of our client information is kept strictly confidential.
Q: Do I need to keep following these users after the jobs is complete?
A: No. If you want you can remove those users that you are following or you can ask us to do it for you. We must warn you however that by not maintaining the 1:1 following/follower ratio you will lose some followers. I always highly recommend the 1:1 following/follower ratio and so do about 80-90% of our clients.
Q: I want more than 5,000 Twitter followers. Do you have any larger packages?
A: Yes. We can negotiate a special deal for those seeking more than 5,000 Twitter followers.
